We offer three standard types of safes, all of which will be customized to fit your needs:
Standard
Our light duty safe model and is recommended for wall safes or small home safes, especially where weight is an issue. It is constructed of 10-gauge steel. It comes standard with a three sixteenths-inch steel door (7-gauge)
FIRE PROTECTION
Lined with fire board
Superior
Our medium duty safe model and is recommended for stand-alone safes. It is constructed of 7-gauge steel. It comes standard with a quarter-inch steel door.
FIRE PROTECTION
Lined with a single layer, 1-inch thick, fireboard, rated to protect contents for 1 hour at up to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ultimate
Our heavy-duty safe model and is recommended for stand-alone safes where security, preservation and fire protection are your top priorities. It is constructed of 7-gauge steel and the interior of the safe is finished with a 12-gauge steel liner. It comes standard with a quarter-inch steel door (3-gauge)
FIRE PROTECTION
Lined with a fire-retardant, ceramic wool blanket between outer and inner steel layers. The ceramic wool is rated to protect the contents up to 3260 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once your design is complete and your is order placed, we will build your perfect safe. We start by constructing a steel door frame made from 2” x 2” steel. We then cut and bend the exterior shell of the safe to the desired dimensions, making the side dimensions seamless. That outer shell is then mig-welded to the door frame… making those welds some of the strongest possible for the weight and quality of steel we use. To complete the exterior, the top and bottom steel plates are cut, welded, then finished for a seamless look. With the frame and exterior walls completed, the door is precisely cut to the actual dimensions of the door frame, to ensure the tightest fit, maximizing the strength and security of the safe.
